Easy Nutella Cookies

So hi guys!! Today I am showing you the Nutella cookies recipe that I posted on Instagram a really long time ago!

And I being the Nutella obsessed person that I am I had to cook them! I really enjoyed doing this cookies, they are seriously the easiest cookies ever! Perfect if you want to cook something for a birthday, baby shower, etc.

I got this recipe from butter baking blog! So all the credit goes for her, she has an amazing cooking blog!

So here's the recipe:

1 cup Nutella (280g, 10 oz)
1 cup plain flour
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) and line 2 trays with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the Nutella and the egg. Add the flour and stir until incorporated.

The mixture will be quite thick. Roll teaspoons of dough into balls and place on the lined trays. Using the base of a glass, press each cookie down firmly.

Bake for 6 – 8 minutes, I always err on the side of under baking for a chewier cookie. Makes 24 cookies.

The other day the Golden Globes 2013 took place in LA(yayy), other than giving prizes to the best movies and tv shows, I love seeing all the celebs in gorgeous dresses! This year actresses took style chances on the red carpet, making for an interesting awards show (and an amazing best-dressed list).

New Year, New Beginning

Happy New Year everyone! Hope all of you had a safe and happy New Years Eve! It's kinda a tradition for me to start thinking about my acomplishments and things I learned of the past year but also thinking about the famous "New Year Resolutions"!

I decided to share with you some of my New Year Resolutions as well some things I have learned the past year!

Some things I learned the past year (I love quotes so most of these are going to be with a quote):

- To make every moment count, life is so fast and I don't want to be cliché but YOLO! Moments are things that you remember forever!
"Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory" -Dr Seuss

- "Don't be like the rest, darling". That quote explains it all!

- Remind yourself that it's okay not to be perfect! This is something that I am working currently one!


Now for some of my new year resolutions:

- Post in my blog more and do it constantly!

- To worry less and go with the flow

- To never skip my skincare routine before bed

- To stick with my new years resolutions!
