The "little black dress", many of you may know what it means, but here's an description of what is this about.

Today, The Earth of the Day !!!!

So today is The Day of the Earth. As I said in other posts we can do little things that makes better our planet. I write a post of The Earth Day, saying what you can do to help our planet, like this:

1.- Try using less water.

2.- If you see in the streets some papers or trash, recycle it or clean.

3.- Try giving to your community the spirit of this day.

4.- Ride your bycicle, don't try using your car.

5.- Reuse, Reduse, Recycle.

The Perfect Red Lips

A lot of people think wearing a red lip is too bold for them or won’t go well with their skin—but red is actually one of the most universally flattering shades on skin! I think everyone should at least try it out once at home (if you don’t like it, you can take it right off)… Don’t hate till you try!
You may be pleasantly surprised!

Now for those of you wondering how to perfect a lusciously lovely red lip… Look no further—I’ll tell you how in just 5 easy steps!

Prep-Step: Be sure your lips are very smooth (exfoliate if you need to), conditioned and dry.

1.- Line:

• Using a very sharp lip pencil (for a classic red look, use MAC Lip Pencil in Redd) carefully line your lower lip. I suggest starting from the outside of the mouth and lining inwards from each side. Then fill in the lower lip. (Warning: You might look a little silly at this point. LOL).
• Next, line the upper lip starting from the Cupid’s bow and lining outwards all the way to the corners. Then color in the upper lip. Don’t stress about coloring your lips in perfectly—this is simply a base for the lipstick and will make the final color vibrant and full.

2.- Stick:

• Using a lip brush (I suggest MAC 316 lip brush) apply a creamy lipstick (such as MAC Russian Red) all over your top and bottom lips. Be sure to fill in your lips completely.

3.- Gloss:

• Apply a thin layer of tinted gloss (I love MAC Dazzleglass in Love Alert) over the top and bottom lips.
• Then apply a clear gloss to the center section of the bottom lip (I recommend Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Extreme in Sheer Clear… a little added pluming action never hurt anyone).

4.- Clean:

• To prevent feathering (color beading beyond the lip line) apply concealer (I use NW20 MAC concealer and a MAC 195 concealer brush) all the way around the lip. Get as close to the lip line as possible without pulling the color out. This step will help set the color in place, too.

5.- And... Bam!

• Blend the concealer around your mouth and BAM—you’ve got some killer red lips!

EXTRA TIP: To make your teeth look whiter, use a red lipstick with a blue undertone—orange undertones usually enhance the yellow in your teeth!

Rapunzel, Tips for growing out your hair!

Some friends (girls), are sad because they cut there hair short, and they want long hair, you would be thinking "Put some extensions girls". But that's not the point, you want your hair to grow strong and natural, so if you want your hair to be longer, you'll need some tips...

 1) It would sound disgusting, but I investigate and one of the more important things is ake Flaxseed Oil or a Fish Oil softgel every night before bed. Fish Oil is filled with Omega-3s, and is especially good if you don't eat a lot of fish—it’s super good for your heart and hair!

2) Some proffesional hair stylists suggests applying a heat protectant spray when using heated styling tools. Heat protectant is something I often forget to use, but it is really important to protect your strands against damage. If you protect your hair from the time it is a baby hair at your root it will have a long and happy lifespan, and be able to grow much longer than if you abuse it for years.

3) Don’t wash your hair every day—you need some of those natural oils to help facilitate growth.

4) Maintain a healthy diet by eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Remember, beauty comes from the inside. In a way, you are what you eat. If you feed yourself lots of healthy nourishing foods your body will reflect this.

5) Use a “deep conditioning treatment.” This will help hydrate strands and make them stronger.

6) Massage your scalp while washing your hair. This stimulates blood flow to the scalp, which promotes growth. I do this every time I shower, I know it's good for my hair plus it feels so good!

7) And the last tip is to be patient! I know everyone says this, but it is true. If you follow all of these steps and take extra care with your hair, it will grow.

If you're starting to wear makeup, obviously you don't want to look like a clone so here are some basics tips:

• If you have some pimples that you don't want people to see i recommend you wearing a bit of sheer foundation/tinted moisturizer with SPF - it provides light coverage without looking heavy and is important for protecting your skin against UV damage.Wearing foundation is not something really important, if you don't like foundation, don't use it. I really like neutral eye palets, you can match with everything, and you can use it casual or elegant or if you want, you can wear it with many outfits as you can. If you can see in the picture you may get noticed that the eyebrow is perfect, if you don't like your eyebrows and you would like your eyebrows to be more shaped an filled up, you need an eyebrow shaper pencil(a pencil) or an eyebrow powder(like a type of a brown, black,etc. powder) like this one:

Leathers, Furs - Is so IN!!

Have you noticed, furs and  leathers are invading runways, celebrities, magazines, etc.

That's because is so IN, putting a little touch of furs on your outfit, like in the picture, I suppose that the outfit is casual but the pop is the cheetah.

What are the things you can't do in your outfit?

Is so OUT to have like an entire outfit with cheetah or leopard furs. That doesn't look good, imagine a girl wearing cheeah everywhere, I'm not saying that using furs is bad, I'm trying to say that putting only a little touch of fur is so edgy and fashionable. Include items like shoes of fur or a clutch, or simple accesories like this ones:



Include this accesories, but only one in the hole outfit, try doing the outfit simple.

Be fit and healthy...

Staying healthy is easy with these effortless everyday tips!

1. Drink a full glass of water before bed. I have been doing this and noticed this has really improved my complexion a ton! Plus, my eyes are more awake looking in the morning too, and less red. Hello, hydration!
2. Drink another full glass of water the second you wake up (or for me, the second after I brush my teeth). I heard Cameron Diaz does this and look at her! Not only will it help you feel reinvigorated, it also helps curb early morning sugar cravings (syrupy waffles, anyone?).
3. Swap wisely! When you’re craving a crunch opt for baby carrots or apple slices instead of greasy potato chips. If you drizzle a tad of lemon juice over your apple slices, your apples will stay fresh and won’t go brown in your lunch! These lemon juice sprinkled apple slices were my favorite item in my lunch box as a kid.
4. When you go to the mall, walk around for at least 15 to 20 minutes before your go to your first store. Or, if you work (or go to school) take a few laps around your building during lunch. Every bit helps!
5. Always skip the escalator (and elevator). Instead, make it your mission to always take the stairs! Adding in these extra steps is a great way to squeeze in a little extra exercise. I think it's (almost) always best to choose health over convenience.
6. Try eating healthy but not extrictly, enjoy eating fruits, vegetables, cereals that are healthy.

Do makeup/cosmetics expire? And when?

This are questions that many of you may think about it, this is the post answering that questions. Hope you enjoy.

Do I have to follow old tricks?

Despite the tricks you may have, it's important to get rid of cosmetics every so often to ensure that you're getting the maximum benefits, and also to avoid things like infections

Do makeup/cosmetics have a required by law expiration dates?

Cosmetics aren't required by law to have expiration dates, so you can't just look at the label to know when a product has expired. Experts vary in their guidelines, but all agree that mascara lasts the shortest amount of time and is the likeliest to cause infections, such as pink eye. Expiration dates are simply "rules of thumb" and a product's safety may expire long before the expiration date if a product hasn't been stored properly.

How I have to store makeup/cosmetics? And how makeup/cosmetics expire?

From the time you open it, the life and effectiveness of the product decreases and bacteria grows. Treat makeup products with care. Keep them in a dry, cool area and remember: Any cosmetic that changes texture, or smell, should be discarded immediately.
Here are some tips to have your makeup/cosmetics have a longer duration:

• Hygiene is the key, wash your face and hands with soap.
• Keep makeup containers tightly closed when not in use.
• Don't use water, even worse, saliva in your makeup
• If makeup has lost its original texture or consistency, the perservatives have probably broken down, that means that it's not so good may be is expired.

Want to know when to throw your makeup/cosmetics, here is some information:

• Liquid foundation (3-6 months)
• Cream foundation (4-6 months)
• Concealer (6-8 months)
• Powders (1 year)
• Mascaras (3 months)
• Lipgloss & Lipstick (1 year)
• Eye/Lip pencils (1 year or more)
• Facial toners (1 year)
• Facial cleansers & Moisturizes (6-8 months)
• Makeup brushes (until it breaks), but you have to clean your brushes.

The month of the earth!!

Did you know that there's a day of the earth?

Well, April 22 is "The day of the Earth". But what's the day of the earth? And what's the matter?

Earth Day is a day that is intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's natural environment. Earth Day was founded by United States as an environmental teach-infirst held on April 22, 1970, in the USA. Earth Day is now coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network, and is celebrated in more than 175 countries every year. April 22 corresponds to spring in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Numerous communities celebrate Earth Week, an entire week of activities focused on environmental issues. 


What can I do if my school or my city doesn't celebrate the day of the earth? 5 for YOUR environment!
Environmental action can mean doing different things in different places, but it begins by taking the simple steps where you live. Doing your part means doing what you can do. By choosing five or more of these ideas and sharing your own, you are joining thousands of others who are doing the same. Together we can make the biggest difference, so make your actions count today! Like example:

• Use only the water you need, and reuse when possible.
• Plant a tree. Or plant many trees!
• Try using not so much the car because it makes pollution.
• Save energy at home.
• Reuse. Reduce. Recycle! 
• Bring environmental education to your local schools and community.

That are some of the most important things you can do to help our planet!!!

And another thing is that this day also have a flag, isn't that crazy!!
